Training on University employment service

A successful 4 th Training Module on “University employment services” took place at the University Al- Manar from 10 th to 11 th of November 2011. Representatives (vice-rectors, researchers and students) from the 6 Tunisian universities had the opportunity to enhance their skills and managerial capacities within an interactive training with different case studies and practical group exercises related to the theme of the Training a new challenges. Experienced staffs from the University of Alicante, Genoa University and Grenoble University were leading the training programme and provided insights as follows:
 
Mr. Malek Bouhaola and Ms. Samira Oulahal from the Grenoble University presented its structure of the professional employment insertion with a vast portfolio of experiences and competences.
 
Ms. Rosa Torres from the University of Alicante gave interesting new strategies of communication and Public Relationship for the creation of a university employment service within an analysis of her 16 years experience at the Employment Service Department from the University of Alicante.
 
Ms. Mirella Pasini, from the University Deglli Studi di Genoa presented their Service placement for students.
 
As well, taking advantage of the encounter a consortium meeting has been developed during the first part of the day, where important Project issue were discussed and progress assessed. Despite past country´s political and economical troubles, Mr. Nizar Ayadi, Project´s coordinator from the University of Alicante, encouraged the consortium to follow up and conduct successfully the remaining activities during the 6 month given prolongation by the EC.
