The strength of the consortium relies on the complementarity of participants and their relevant experience in the field. The Tunisian project consortium includes 6 public universities (of the total of 13 Tunisian public Universities), and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Technology. The enterprise sector is well integrated by the participation of 3 regional chambers of commerce who are the main business advocates, networking industry and commerce in the regions of the participating PC universities.
